HOW DOES IT WORK?

- the CashGuard system is attached to your current POS/cashiersystem. This is done in close cooperation with your existing POS supplier. Many of the existing POS systems are supported already. 

- your till will be replaced by CashGuard

- your operation remains unchanged; you insert the notes from the customer in the CashGuard 

- CashGuard will determince the change and return this; coins directly to the customer and notes through the cashier. 

- a customer can insert coins directly

- a customer can withdraw extra cash

- the system can be skimmed or reloaded during operation

- all information is visible through the standard backoffice application and the system will advise on skimming or reloading. 

END OF DAY PROCESSING: 

- at the end-of-the-day you will place a transportbox on the till and you will order the system (through the backoffice application) to skim the system. The Float remains for the next day in the system. All the excessive cash will be skimmed automatically to the transportbox. Noone touches the money.

The backoffice application "knows" and reports hwo much money is skimmed and will report to the bookkeping product. 

VOOR WIE GESCHIKT?

- zowel kleine als grote ondernemingen kunnen CashGuard inzetten. De noodzaak om contant veiliger te verwerken is niet gebonden aan de omvang van de onderneming.

Cashguard (zie ook http://www.cashguard.com/nl/) is een systeem dat u zal helpen bij het terugdringen van uw risico's, verhogen van de snelheid bij de kassa en managen van de inhoud van uw kassa's. Natuurlijk is het opmaken van de kassa met één druk op de knop nog steeds mogelijk, maar nu klopt de inhoud van de kassalade altijd met de stand van de kassa. Kasverschllen treden niet meer op.

Een greep uit de kassa kan niet meer en de Cashguard kan geen geld uitgeven zonder een transactie. Ook kan een transactie niet worden afgerond zonder dat er geld wordt ontvangen/ingevoerd. Veilig voor u en voor uw personeel.
